We launch a new series in Radio EUGLOH: The PhD Career Path Finder. In roughly eleven episodes, we will meet career mentorship pairs and career professionals from different EUGLOH universities. In this prequel, we talk with Fernanda Correia and Maria Inês Ferreira from the talent and career service of the University of Porto about the origins of this idea and the specific value of a doctoral degree on the labour market.
