An Event in the GraduateCenterLMU Lecture Series "Kurz & bündig"
AI applications and the question of how to use them appropriately are currently the subject of intense and controversial debates in science. To foster a better understanding of AI-generated output, in this lecture participants will learn how language-based AI models work. Furthermore, the event will give a brief overview of various AI tools which are specifically designed for supporting central tasks within the research and writing process. The lecture also discusses how to use AI tools in a critical and thoughtful way within this process.

- AI-Tools for the research and writing process (e.g. for finding, analyzing and evaluating literature, for revising texts and for getting feedback)
