All positions will be funded by for a maximum of 36 months. Prolongation of funding from other means of funding is possible for some projects.
To apply for a position within the BioHYBRITE Doctoral Network, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- You must not have lived or carried out your main activity (work, study, etc.) in the host country for more than 12 months in the 3 years before your recruitment date.
- You must not already hold a doctoral degree at the time of recruitment.
- For project 11 (Garoli, UNIMORE, Italy): You must not have finished your master’s degree more than 6 years before the application deadline.
How to apply
- Select at least one research project in your application. Projects that have already been filled will not be selectable in the project list. Please note that project 12 (Miccheletti) requires a direct application at SISSA Trieste. Please follow the instructions on the BioHYBRITE website.
- Provide contact details and email addresses for two referees.
- If your application is pre-selected, your referees might be contacted directly by the project’s PI.
- Please inform your referees in advance about this procedure.
Prepare the following:
- Curriculum Vitae (≤ 2 pages, reverse chronological).
- Motivation statement (personal, not written by AI)
- Transcripts and degree certificates (with official or certified translations where applicable)
- Contact details for two referees (preferably with institutional email addresses).
